Hello. My name is Donovan Korb. I am an established piano service expert and I want to provide you with the best care for your instrument. Having grown up around music and pianos in particular I know how important music can be in anyone’s life. I am a third generation piano tuner and I have lived my entire life around instruments of all kinds and around the piano service business as a whole.
I provide a variety of piano services for the greater Tampa Bay area including tuning, cleaning, moving, repairing, regulating, refinishing, restring, and more. I work with local piano companies and piano teachers and I can provide referrals as needed. I also sell used pianos and Climate Control Systems that help increase the life of the tuning and of the piano itself in Florida’s humid climate. With over two hundred and twenty strings each stretched at average tensions of from one hundred and fifty to two hundred pounds your piano is carrying eighteen to twenty tons of stress. Because of this, your piano is very sensitive to changes in temperature, barometric pressure, and most of all humidity fluctuations. All these factors combine causing your piano to go out of regulation and out of tune. With regular service your piano will play and sound its best and provide you with enjoyment for years to come.
